Find a partner. Choose one, or two, or three, or none, of the following suggestions. Consider your chosen topics (or others, or none) for a few moments.

i did this exercise with my
i did this exercise with my friend and he video taped it. Wow, it got pretty deep and intense, according to him but we both found it very ‘transforming’ and useful for self-awareness.
